Surface Transforms use CCST Material which is an advanced Carbon Fibre-Reinforced Ceramic that is produced by a proprietary process. Conventional carbon ceramic brake discs are made of discontinuous carbon fibre pieces, whereas CCST material is a next generation carbon ceramic material, made of 3D, multi-directional, interwoven carbon fibre.

From this process, CCST is a stronger and more durable product with 3 times the heat conductivity of standard carbon ceramic materials; keeping the brake system temperature down and the performance consistent.

Surface Transforms also exclusively supply Pagid high performance brake pads. These have been extensively tested RSC1 and RS29 brake pad materials to provide the optimum braking performance with CCST brake discs. RSC1 is recommended for primarily road and occasional track use whereas RS29 is for track use only.
